King’s is made up of people from all walks of life, who want to make a difference in the world because of the difference God is making in them. We are a caring family church where people are important!
10.30am Sunday morning is a great time to come and check us out. We like to think of this as “family time” where all age groups meet to together in a lively, informal atmosphere to Praise and Worship God.
We meet at The King’s Centre, a former factory building on the Blackdown Business Park right in the Centre of Wellington.
Our Worship Band leads us in a time of inspirational worship followed by a relevant message addressing real life issues from a wide variety of speakers, encouraging us to apply Biblical principles to our everyday lives. We end our time together with tea and coffee, allowing everyone to chat and grow in relationship together.
Our vision at King’s is to be a relevant life giving church, demonstrating God’s love in practical ways, bringing meaning and purpose to lives as we experience God together.
We believe the primary purpose of the church is to reach out, embrace, equip and empower people through Loving God and Loving People.
