Church – Church is not a building! Church is people!
10.30am Sunday morning is a great time to come and check-out King’s Church. We like to think of this as “family time” where all age groups meet together in a lively, informal atmosphere to Praise and Worship God.
We meet at The King’s Centre, a former engineering works on the Blackdown Business Park right in the Centre of Wellington.

Our Worship Band leads us in a time of worship followed by a relevant message dealing with real life issues from a wide variety of speakers. We end our time together with tea and coffee to allow everyone to get to know each other better.

This is a time and place where families are embraced and welcomed.

How to Find us: Take exit 26 of M5 and then take 3^rd Exit (sign posted Taunton A38 Wellington & Ford Street). At next roundabout (Chelston) take 2^nd Exit (sign posted Town Centre). Take first LEFT hand turn into Priory (sign posted King’s Centre Blackdown Trading Estate). Follow road as it winds its way through residential area until you come into Sylvan Road, then take RIGHT hand turn (sign posted King’s Centre Trading Estate). On entering the business park we are the red brick building 2^nd on your left, (opposite Grants of Wellington BMW specialists) and our main entrance is to the side of our building clearly marked with double glazed screened entranceway.

Crèche  0 - 3 year olds have fun playing and learning together in our Crèche, which is staffed by 2 adults.

‘King’s Kidz’ is our Children’s Church for ages 4 - 12 year olds which starts after family Praise and Worship.

Life Groups           Love - Involvement - Friendship - Encouragement
Life Groups meet on a weekly basis, and provide a great opportunity to build relationships and grow spiritually with a small group of people and also provides a safe environment to discover and use the spiritual gifts God has given us.
Currently groups meet in Milverton, Broadhembury and in homes in and around Wellington.

Our motto of Loving God, Loving People starts with ‘us’ as individuals and Life Group is a fantastic vehicle for this.

Life Groups consist of 6 - 12 people, meeting in a host home to have fellowship, build relationships, discuss relevant topics and Bible studies, Prayer and Worship. The Central theme of each group will be the same each week, but with varying styles of leaders, each group has its own unique flavour.

We encourage the Life Groups to reach out to the community. This could be community clean up, helping others with something, prayer walking, distributing leaflets, BBQs, DIY or serving at the Church and all manner of other exciting opportunities to get involved.

King’s Toddler Time is an exciting extension of the King’s Church on Tuesday Mornings 10:00 - 12:00 during term time. Reaching out to Parents, Grandparents, Carers, Guardians and their babies and toddlers aged between birth and 4 years old.

King’s Toddler Time is already making a difference with many new friendships being developed.

God really is interested in touching people where they are and each opportunity we have, we share His Love and Compassion.

Kings Kidz Club is a weekly Friday night Kidz Club for ages 6 - 11 during term time. It is a fun, fever pitch, fantastic, club for kids to have the opportunity to get to know more about God. We play games, explore bible stories, sing, dance, get creative with crafts, pray, perform drama, enjoy a tasty snack…  The list is endless and through all these great activities, we have lots of FUN & FRIENDSHIP! It starts at 6 p.m. and finishes 7:30 p.m.
